| From website content to video scripts, ad campaigns to one off
job board posts, these are just some examples of my work....
...starting with a few websites that I have written content for. PAW Associates is a good example of how building good client relationships can reap rewards throughout your career as I have worked with the MD on and off for some 15 years at various organisations. Visit www.pawassociates.co.uk - I wrote all the copy, which serves more as an online brochure than an all singing, all dancing site. Another example can be found at www.skillstream.co.uk - I produced the vast majority of the text, including the downloadable pdf. I also came up with the 'properly equipped' concept for their 2009 advertising campaign - a sample ad can be seen below. It also shows that I turn my hand to much more than just recruitment. Another example that illustrates the diversity of my work can be seen at www.tennine.co.uk - a company that specialises in poster advertising in schools and youth clubs across the country, whilst www.icobus.com is a recruitment consultancy that focuses on ICT, Telecoms and Cabling recruitment. I wrote the bulk of the copy on the home, about us, candidate and client pages. The last example is www.sandh.co.uk, specialist recruiters in the banking and financial arena.
Below are also a few random examples of press ads I have written. These days the bulk of my writing is for the web, particularly recruitment ads dfor job boards, plus the more than occasional landing page, such as the one I did recently for Virgin Active's 'Thrive & Shine' campaign.
Over the years my work has embraced pretty much every business sector and, with a background of working as an advertising account handler up to Account Director level on commercial and not for profit sector accounts at a variety of ad agencies, I'm used to putting on many different business 'hats' in any one day. Whether it's copy for the web, a piece of sales literature, a press release, a radio or video script or a copy only ad for a job board or national, trade or local press - you won't be disappointed with the end product.
